The probe preprocessor - generally provides the probe needs the power supply to amplify, detect and filter the signal.

The probe coil of the eddy current displacement sensor receives the high-frequency current from the oscillator circuit of the preprocessor and generates a high-frequency magnetic field around it. The magnetic field passes through the metal surface close to the rotating shaft and generates an eddy current in it. The direction of the magnetic field generated by the eddy current is opposite to the direction of the magnetic field of the coil, which changes the inductance of the original coil. The change of the inductance varies with the change of the clearance of the metal surface at the top of the probe.

The preprocessor detection circuit detects changes in the inductance of the probe coil. Then the inductive variable star transform is amplified into the corresponding voltage change signal output by the amplifier circuit. The DC part of the output voltage is used to detect the displacement and the AC part is used to detect the vibration value according to the measurement requirements.

The Bentley precursors 330180-5O-00 and 330180-51-00 are available in either compact rail mounting or conventional panel mounting. When panel mounted, the position of the mounting holes is the same as that of the previous four-hole mounted 330O front.

Available in AC and DC forms, the 3500/15 is compatible with voltage sources around the world. It uses line noise rate waves as the standard form. A single power supply can be used in the frame, or several more dual power supplies can be used when the power supply is not allowed to interrupt. They are located in the upper and lower parts of the leftmost slot of the frame. Several power supplies can be powered by different voltage sources, such as the main power supply has 120Vac power supply, and the backup power supply is powered by an uninterrupted 24Vdc power supply.

Each power supply can individually power the entire frame and its modules. When several power supplies are used, one is used as the main power supply of the frame, and the other is used as a backup. When the main power supply fails, the backup power supply automatically starts the main power module function immediately to avoid the interruption of the frame operation.

The 3500 power Supply module has a self-check function to monitor whether all output voltage meets specifications and is displayed through the green "Supply 0K" light emitting diode (LED) on the front panel of the power supply module.

The 3500 power supply can accept a wide range of input voltages, and can convert the input voltage into a voltage acceptable to other 3500 modules.
