Our six-channel 3500/62 process variable monitor accepts the transmitter's 4 to 20 mA current input or the -10 Vdc to +10 Vdc voltage sensor input, then adjusts the input and compares the adjusted signal with the user-programmable alarm set point that can drive the alarm and the relay logic in the 3500 relay module. 3500/62 can also be used for key process measurement, such as fluid pressure, compressor suction and discharge pressure, steam pressure, motor current, flow rate, megawatt and almost any other process variable that can be correlated through vibration. The 3500 system can be used as a SIL 2 level system, and has been approved by several hazardous areas and specific countries/regions.

The four-channel 3500/64 dynamic pressure monitor accepts the input from the gas turbine dynamic pressure (combustion) sensor and uses the input to drive the alarm. The monitor generates a band-pass dynamic pressure measurement variable. The programmable corner frequency of bandpass filter and additional notch filter can be adjusted as required. Typical applications identify and track the instability of gas turbine combustor. The dynamic pressure sensor uses Bently Nevada charge amplifier 350500 or 86517, which can integrate many common dynamic pressure sensors, including CP series sensors. In addition, 3500/64 has been approved by many hazardous areas and specific countries/regions, and can cope with any environment.
