133442-01 is an I/O module with internal termination developed by Bently Nevada. It is part of the 3500/55M tachometer system. To detect shaft speed, rotor acceleration, or rotor direction, the tachometer module (a 2-channel module) receives input from an eddy current probe or magnetic pickup. When the set value is exceeded, the module will generate an alarm and compare this data with the user programmable alarm set value.

The tachometer module is a dual channel module that uses eddy current probes or magnetic pickups to determine shaft rotation speed, rotor acceleration, or rotor direction. When comparing these measured values with user programmable alarm settings, the module generates an alarm.

The tachometer module can be configured to provide adjustable keyphase signals to the backplane of the 3500 rack for use by other monitors. Therefore, a separate Keyphasor module is not required in the rack.

External termination blocks cannot be used with internal termination I/O modules, but can only be used with TMR I/O modules.
