127610-01 is an AC power module developed by Bentley Nevada Corporation. It belongs to the 3500 series components. The power supply is a half height module that must be installed in a specially designed slot on the left side of the rack. The rack can accommodate one or two power supplies (any combination of AC and/or DC), and any one power supply can power the entire rack. If a second power supply is installed, it will serve as a backup power supply for the main power supply. When two power supplies are installed in a rack, the lower power supply serves as the main power supply and the upper power supply serves as the backup power supply. As long as a second power supply is installed, removing or inserting any power module will not interrupt rack operation. The power supply accepts various input voltages and converts them into voltages that other 3500 modules can use. For the series of mechanical protection systems, there are three power supply versions to choose from:

Low voltage DC power supply

Input voltage options

High Voltage AC: This option uses an AC power supply and a High Voltage AC Power Input Module (PIM).

Over range protection: For all power supply versions, undervoltage will not damage the power supply or PIM. However, overvoltage can cause the fuse on the powertrain interface module to blow.
