The ABB SPDSO14 IO expander bus is a high-speed, synchronous, parallel bus. ABB SPDSO14 digital output slave It provides the path between the controller and the IIO module. The controller sends control functions to the ASl module, and the ASI module provides input data to the controller. The ASI module and P2 card edge of the controller are connected to the bus.

The ABB SPDSO14 lO expansion bus is a parallel signal line located on the backplane of the module mounting unit. The 12-bit shunt placed in the slot on the MMU backplane connects the bus between the controller and the ABB SPDSO14 digital output slave IO module. The cable assembly can extend the bus to eight modular mounting units. The ABB SPDSO14 digital output slave controller and its IO module form a subsystem within the Harmony Control Unit (HCU). The O expander bus between the control subsystem and the ABB SPDSO14 digital output slave lO subsystem must be separated. Leaving the shunt socket blank or connecting the module mounting unit without cables will separate them.
