数据采集与处理系统的功能和组成

2.1系统功能

数据采集(data acquisition,DAQ)与处理系统的基本功能是物理信号的测量、采集与处理。要使计算机系统能够测量物理信号,首先要使用传感器把物理信号转换成电压或者电流之类的电信号。通常不能把被测信号直接连接到DAQ卡,而必须使用信号调理辅助电路,将信号进行一定的预处理。总之,数据采集与处理是借助软件来控制整个DAQ系统的,包括采集原始数据、分析数据和输出与存储数据。

2.2系统组成

设计过程中采用炼油厂高温烟气发电系统的工艺参数检测作为应用对象。系统结构框图如图1所示。

系统的硬件包括温度传感器、压力传感器、位移传感器等传感器、信号调理模块、数据采集卡和工控机。信号调理模块选用的是美国国家仪器公司的NI SCXI-1102型温度调理模块和NI SCXI-1520型应变信号调理模块,用这2个模块完成对采集信号的预处理;数据采集卡采用的是NI USB-6008DAQ型;工控机采用的是具有PXI插槽的一台计算机和一台PC机。

整个系统共设置8路模拟输入端口,2路模拟输出端口,12路数字输入/输出端口,1路事件计数端口。

Function and composition of data acquisition and processing system

2.1 System Functions

The basic function of a data acquisition (DAQ) and processing system is the measurement, acquisition and processing of physical signals. To enable a computer system to measure physical signals, sensors must first be used to convert physical signals into electrical signals such as voltages or currents. Usually, the measured signal cannot be directly connected to the DAQ card, but the signal conditioning auxiliary circuit must be used to pre-process the signal. In short, data acquisition and processing is to control the entire DAQ system with the help of software, including the acquisition of raw data, analysis of data and output and storage of data.

2.2 System Composition

In the design process, the process parameter detection of high temperature flue gas power generation system in refinery is used as the application object. The system structure block diagram is shown in Figure 1.

The hardware of the system includes temperature sensor, pressure sensor, displacement sensor, signal conditioning module, data acquisition card and industrial computer. The signal conditioning module is NI SCXI-1102 temperature conditioning module and NI SCXI-1520 strain signal conditioning module of National Instruments, and the two modules are used to complete the pre-processing of the acquired signal. The data acquisition card adopts the NI USB-6008DAQ type; The industrial computer uses a computer and a PC with a PXI slot.

The whole system is equipped with 8 analog input ports, 2 analog output ports, 12 digital input/output ports, and 1 event counting port.
