07AC91也可以是有源信号,专业叫法是阶跃信号,就是0或1,可以理解成脉冲量,多个开关量可以组成数字量。
模拟量
模拟量是指一些连续变化的物理量,如电压、电流、压力、速度、流量等信号量,模拟信号是幅度随时间连续变化的信号,通常电压信号为0~10V,电流信号为4~20mA,可以用PLC的模拟量模块进行数据采集,其经过抽样和量化后可以转换为数字量。
数字量
通常所说的数字量是“0”和“1”组成的信号类型,通常是经过编码后的有规律的信号。对于开关量来说,触点闭合可以认为是“1”,触点断开是“0”,作为数字量采集信号。模拟量可以设置临界值量化,小于临界值为“0”,大于等于临界值为“1”。
