The NE810 is an industrial switch for harsh environments. Thanks to our multi-rate SFP solution, the switch can be used on 100 Mbit or Gigabit networks. Our unique FRNT (Network Topology Fast Recovery) technology is the fastest protocol on the market to reconfigure the network in the event of any link or hardware failure. As a result, the NE810 is also used in safety-critical applications such as tunnels, traffic signal control and railway systems.

Installation in harsh environments and places with high electrical interference requires the use of reliable media. The NE810 offers a number of solutions using fiber optic transceivers. Multimode or single-mode transceivers can be used to build point-to-point or redundant ring networks with a range of up to 120 km between each switch. Our BIDI transceivers send and receive data on a single fiber for applications where the fiber core number is limited.

Implement real-time properties in switches to achieve certainty for real-time critical applications.
