电源模块是可以直接贴装在印刷电路板上的电源供应器,其特点是可为专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器 (DSP)、微处理器、存储器、现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA) 及其他数字或模拟负载提供供电,

DC/DC变换是将可变的直流电压变换成固定的直流电压,也称为直流斩波。斩波器的工作方式有两种,一是脉宽调制方式Ts不变,改变ton(通用),二是频率调制(

(1)Buck电路——降压斩波器,其输出平均电压U0小于输入电压Ui,极性相同。

(2)Boost电路——升压斩波器,其输出平均电压U0大于输入电压Ui,极性相同。

(3)Buck-Boost电路——降压或升压斩波器,其输出平均电压U0大于或小于输入电压Ui,极性相反,电感传输。

(4)Cuk电路——降压或升压斩波器,其输出平均电压U0大于或小于输入电压Ui,极性相反,电容传输。还有Sepic、Zeta电路。

上述为非隔离型DC-DC变换器电路,隔离型DC-DC变换器有正激电路、反激电路、半桥电路、全桥电路、推挽电路。

当今软开关技术使得DC/DC发生了质的飞跃,美国VICOR公司设计制造的多种ECI软开关DC/DC变换器,其最大输出功率有300W、600W、800W等,相应的功率密度为(6.2、10、17)W/cm3,效率为(80~90)%。日本TDK-Lambda公司最新推出的一种采用软开关技术的高频开关电源模块RM系列,其开关频率为(200~300)kHz,功率密度已达到27W/cm3,采用同步整流器(MOSFET代替肖特基二极管),使整个电路效率提高到90%。

DC/DC conversion is the conversion of a variable DC voltage into a fixed DC voltage, also known as DC chopper. There are two ways of working the chopper, one is the pulse width modulation mode Ts unchanged, changing ton(universal), the other is frequency modulation (universal).

The above is a non-isolated DC-DC converter circuit, and the isolated DC-DC converter has forward circuit, flyback circuit, half-bridge circuit, full-bridge circuit and push-pull circuit.

Today's soft switching technology makes DC/DC a qualitative leap, the United States VICOR company designed and manufactured a variety of ECI soft switching DC/DC converter, its maximum output power is 300W, 600W, 800W, etc., the corresponding power density is (6.2, 10, 17)W/cm3, efficiency is (80 ~ 90) %.
