1769一L30EEM模块PAC的基本要求
1。具有多重领域的功能,支持在单一平台里包含逻辑、运动、驱动和过程控制等至少两种以上的功能。
2.单一开发平台上整合多规程的软件功能如hmi(HfumnanMachineInterface)及软逻辑,使用通用卷标和单一的数据库来访问所有的参数和功能。
3.软件工具所设计出的处理流程能跨越多台机器和过程控制处理单元,实现包含运动控制及过程控制的处理程序。
4.开放式,模块化构架,能涵盖工业应用中从工厂的机器设备到过程控制的操作单元的需求。
5.采用公认的网络接口标准及语言,允许不同供货商之设备能在网络上交换数据。
1769-L30ERM PAC定义了一种新类型的工业控制器。此控制器具备了P的开放性、CPU、高容里的内存和软件的强大效能,并具有PL的可靠性、强固性和分散特性。PAC采用现有的商业计算机技术,所以具有更的效能,并具有可伸缩性。透过商业化大里生产的平台,所以易于维护和具有较低的发生故障时间等特性。
虽然从外形上来看,PAC与传统的PL非常相似,但究其实质,PAC系统的性能却得多。作为一种多功能的控制平台,用户可以根据系统的需要,组合和搭配相关的技术和产品以实现功能的侧重,因为基于同一发展平台进行开发,所以采用PAC系统保证了控制系统各功能模块具有统一性,而不仅是一个无关的部件拼凑成的集合体。
模块罗克韦尔控制处理机(CP60):
1769-L30ERM控制处理机是一个可选的容错站,和与之相连的现场总线组件(FBM)一起,可按组态好的控制方案对过程进MCS40A-0015-5A3-4-00模块
1769-L30ERM某些需要快速处理的回路的模拟量控制可放在FBM组件中处理,其处理速度为10-50毫秒(可组态),开关量控制也可放在FBM组件中处理,其处理速度为2-5毫秒。
A Series通讯处理机
通讯处理机(COMM10),它提供了四个RS232-C通讯接口,最多可连接四台136列中英文打印机或彩色喷墨打印机,其异步通讯速率为9.6kbps。可分别打印报表及报警,并可组态为互为后备。

1769 A L3OEEM module Basic requirements for PAC
1. With multi-domain functionality, it supports at least two or more functions including logic, motion, drive and process control in a single platform.

The 1769-L30ERM PAC defines a new type of industrial controller. This controller has the openness of P, CPU, high capacity of memory and powerful performance of software, and has the reliability, robustness and dispersion characteristics of PL. PAC uses existing commercial computer technology, so it is more efficient and scalable. The platform is manufactured commercially, so it is easy to maintain and has low failure time.
Although in appearance PAC is very similar to traditional PL, in essence, the performance of PAC system is much higher. As a multi-functional control platform, users can combine and match related technologies and products according to the needs of the system to achieve functional focus, because the development is based on the same development platform, so the use of PAC system to ensure the unity of the functional modules of the control system, rather than just a collection of unrelated parts.

The 1769-L30ERM control processor is an optional fault-tolerant station that, together with the connected Fieldbus component (FBM), can process into the MCS40A-0015-5A3-4-00 module according to the configured control scheme
1769-L30ERM Analog quantity control of certain loops requiring fast processing can be handled in the FBM component at a processing speed of 10-50 ms (configurable), and switching quantity control can also be handled in the FBM component at a processing speed of 2-5 ms.
A Series of communication processors
Communication processor (COMM10), which provides four RS232-C communication interfaces, can connect up to four 136-column Chinese and English printers or color inkjet printers, its asynchronous communication rate of 9.6kbps. Report and alarm can be printed separately, and can be configured as mutual backup.
The communication processor provides the following functions to the user:
* Standard error and alarm message printing function:
Any system station capable of generating messages has a list of possible IIO devices for output. Users can specify these devices by their logical names. If many messages are sent to the communication processor, they are queued in place and sent from the processor to the specific devices in order of priority, which ensures the rapid service of high priority alarm messages.
