The Alen-Bradley 13368-MCB-SP1B is a PC master control board that works with the 1336 PLUS drive. The 1-pound 1336S-MCB-SP1B control board features the main control features for 136PLUS drives that are only BC, D, E, F, G, or H in frame sizes with HP outputs ranging from a minimum of 7.5 to a maximum of 800. Each 1PLUS drive can only use 1336 1SMCB-SP1338 control boards. These drives are suitable for general-purpose applications and support multiple languages, namely English, Italian, Spanish, German and French. However, they do not have any short-circuit fuses dedicated to the drive input power. Human Machine Interface modules (HIM) can be found on 1336 PLUS drives, and these HIM can have a display panel showing the current status of the drive and a control panel with keyboard input.

Quick Motor Setting Steps > Let the operator enter simple motor parameters step by step through the menu. The remaining required parameters can be entered automatically. This eliminates the need to input complex motor data information. Configurable simulators, digital and various communication module control methods, so that users have a variety of choices.

· Speed and torque control

The 1336S-MCB-SP1B uses the 1336 IPALCT inverter with FORCE technology to provide the motor speed and torque control required for some demanding towing applications. While most of these applications are usually suitable only for DC governors, FORCE technology is A-B's patented field-oriented control method, which has the proven ability to independently control the motor's magnetic field and torque, enabling the 1336 IMEPACT converter to produce full torque at zero speed. FORCW technology, originally designed for custom towing systems, can now be implemented in a single, compact, easy-to-use chassis.

When the photoelectric encoder is used, the speed regulation range is 1000:1, if the speed regulation range is within 100:1, the speed regulation accuracy can reach +/-0.0O1% of high speed. Torque adjustment rate of 2%, performance equivalent to some high-power DC governor. The speed control accuracy without encoder is +/-0.5%. Speed range up to 120:1. The torque adjustment rate is 5%, which eliminates the need for expensive encoders in motors in many applications.
