所有1336 PLUS II变频器都利用Adapter 1扫描口通过1203-GM5通讯模块与PLC 扫描器模块形成DeviceNet设备网现场总线.变频器的所有控制(启动,停止,加速,减速等)和反馈(变频器的工作状态)都通过设备网的控制字和状态字来实现。利用设备网通讯模块硬件设定的Data link A-D与变频器参数的Data In/Out A-D对应,由变频器设定哪些参数与其连接,从而实现PLC对这些参数的读写;将变频器的常用监控参数,如加减速时间、多个预置频率、实际输出电流电压、故障代码等参数设定到Data In/ut上,通过映射方式,PLC对变频器就可实现一般功能的监控。这样,不但节省了大量的电缆和布线工作,也极大提高了可靠

通过变频器参数设置,通讯模块的设置以及PLC RSlogix和 RSview32人机界面编程实现了操作人员在控制室内就可完成启动/停止加速/减速,监控和反馈速度和电流等手段。同时对该类变频器,我们全部安装了1336-L4的逻辑界面控制卡,将该卡TB3上的20#&21#端了短接。将电动机的热保电阻和现场安全开关通过一个200毫安熔断器连接到使能信号(TB329#&30#)。
