【功能描述】

Honeywell霍尼韦尔CC-IP0101供应C300控制器原装系电源模块C300控制器由控制器模件、对应的输入输出安装接线组件(IOTA)、控制执行环境CEE和机柜内电源构成。C300控制器模件如图8、9中的①,采用了垂直安装设计及与8系列输入输出模件相同的新颖封装形式。垂直安装这一设计,改善了机柜的走线、有效利用了机柜空间,模件18度倾斜确保了运行期间机柜内热量均匀流过模件,系统的高可用性。模件采用了高密度部件,减小了体积,同时提高了单模件的通道比率。C300控制器支持非冗余或冗余配置,冗余配置只要加选块C300控制模件即可。可选模块RAM内存具有ECC(Error Correction Checking)功能,Flash内存经过校验和(check-summed),带有启动诊断与运行诊断程序。重钢高炉煤气干法除尘工程包括布袋除尘系统和卸灰系统。自动化控制系统是工程重要的组成部分之一,该系统设备包括5个PLC柜,1个含尘量在线监测柜,38个气动阀门的机旁操作箱及各种检测设备等。脉冲反吹控制系统是布袋除尘系统的关键,该系统共有12个布袋除尘箱,每个箱体有15个脉冲阀,脉冲阀的操作有两种方式,程序上均可设定。•定压差操作:脉冲阀按荒、净煤气总管差压值(2.5-4kPa)启动。•定时操作:按时间操作,定时操作的时间可根据生产实际情况进行调整。以上设定后可由PLC自动完成,每个箱体依次进行,在自动运行中,除人工选择的箱体外,其它箱体依次完成自动反吹操作。反吹自动运转程序:电源接通后,脉冲阀启动,向一排滤袋喷射氮气,完成一排滤袋的反吹清灰,行业应用——钢铁19.炼脉冲阀喷吹后5-20s(时间间隔可调)个脉冲阀动作,直到一个箱体的15个脉冲阀全部动作。完成一个箱体的反吹工作,再进行箱体的反吹工作,反吹的程序与第一个箱体相同。反吹又分在线反吹和离线反吹两种方法。如果除尘器箱体进、出口蝶阀打开,煤气在流动状态逐排反吹,直到15排滤袋反吹完毕,转至下一个箱体,称为在线反吹;箱体反吹前按程序关闭进、出口蝶阀,切断煤气实行反吹,反吹完毕再打开蝶阀,称为离线反吹。卸灰系统通过对1个DN150电动球阀,12个DN300放灰阀,12个DN80球阀和24个仓壁振动器的控制,实现干法除尘系统的自动卸灰。当除尘器箱体的灰位达到高灰位时开始卸灰,当达到低灰位时停止卸灰,其程序如下:•打开DN150氮气电动球阀•打开DN80气动球阀•打开DN300气动卸灰阀自动监控任务。

The C300 controller module (1), shown in Figure 8 and 9, adopts a vertical mounting design and the same novel packaging form as the 8 series I/O module. Pulse blowback control system is the key of bag dust removal system, the system has 12 bag dust removal boxes, each box has 15 pulse valves, pulse valve operation has two ways, the program can be set. • Constant pressure difference operation: the pulse valve starts according to the difference pressure value of the mains gas (2.5-4kPa). • Timing operation: The operation is based on time, and the timing operation time can be adjusted according to the actual production situation. The above Settings can be automatically completed by the PLC, each box in turn, in the automatic operation, in addition to the manual selection of the box, other boxes in turn to complete the automatic backblowing operation. Backblow automatic operation program: after the power is turned on, the pulse valve starts, spraying nitrogen to a row of filter bags to complete the backblow ash of a row of filter bags, industrial application -- steel 19. Pulse valve injection after 5-20s (time interval is adjustable) pulse valve action, until a box of 15 pulse valves all action. Complete the reverse blowing work of a box, and then the reverse blowing work of the box, the reverse blowing procedure is the same as that of the first box. Back blowing is divided into online back blowing and off-line back blowing two methods. If the butterfly valve of the inlet and outlet of the dust collector box is opened, the gas is backblown one by one in the flowing state until the backblowing of the 15 rows of filter bags is completed, and then transferred to the next box, which is called online backblowing; Before the box blowback, close the inlet and outlet butterfly valves according to the program, cut off the gas for blowback, and open the butterfly valve after blowback, which is called off-line blowback. Through the control of 1 DN150 electric ball valve, 12 DN300 ash discharge valves, 12 DN80 ball valves and 24 bin wall vibrators, the automatic ash discharge of dry dust removal system is realized. When the ash level of the dust collector box reaches the high ash level, the ash unloading starts, and when the ash level reaches the low ash level, the unloading stops as follows: • Open the DN150 nitrogen electric ball valve • Open the DN80 pneumatic ball valve • Open the DN300 pneumatic ash unloading valve Automatic monitoring task.
