Cc-mcar01plcs are usually divided into micro PLCS, small PLCS, medium PLCS, large PLCS, PC card PLCS, and PC-compatible PLCS according to the size of the I/O points carried by the CPU. Various scale classification standards are shown in the attached table.

A typical PLC typically consists of a CPU module, a power module, and some input/output modules that are plugged into a backplane. If the configuration is increased, it may include an operator interface, monitoring computer, communication modules, software, and some optional special function modules. Programmable controllers are not only easy to install, take up little space, consume little energy, have diagnostic indicators to help diagnose faults, and can be reused for other projects. Although there are PLC functions, such as running speed, interface types, data processing capabilities have been greatly improved, but the PLC has maintained its original design principle, that is, the principle of simplicity first.
